CLIQUE is the place where every ingredient has a story. It is a pop-up restaurant on behalf of the Food Bank that wants to break the stigma attached to it. From a takeaway for discarded food to a community that shows that you can make a full-fledged, culinary meal with Food Bank products too.
Clique embodies luxury, but at the same time is a nod to that part of society that sees ingredients from the Food Bank as 'leftovers' (‘kliekjes’ in Dutch). Within Clique, it is all about the real story, both that of the dishes and of the Food Bank customers. We give these people a platform to tell their story, so that we can have more compassion once and for all.
Time to break the food bank stigma.
