There is a moment between breathing in and breathing out, between thinking and feeling, between one state of being and the next. A moment without clear boundaries, which only reveals itself when there is space to notice it.

In a culture that leaves little room for stillness, we can lose touch with our own bodies. FLÔ is an installation created for that moment when you realise you have been moving too fast. It translates the body’s rhythm into an experience and invites you to reconnect with yourself.

The installation measures the user’s heartbeat and translates it in real time into a vibration in its base. This vibration travels through the surface of the water, creating wave patterns that respond directly to the user’s inner state. Not as a medical tool, but as a personal experience.
